About us
Pokèmon is something we have always loved as children & growing up, so we decided in September 2022 to take our passion in Pokèmon a step further & provide products to the ever growing Pokèmon community. Loyalty points is something we are looking at adding very soon as a way of giving back to the customers who help support our small but growing business. We plan to expand in the future & add other desirable collectable items to our store, so we are open to receiving emails of products you would love to see on our web store.
Although the site is up and running we are still working on making improvements & making the store easier to navigate for you to find what you are looking for at ease & of course we will be adding & updating stock regularly. Returns and Refunds
Everything You Need to Know
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Meaning any sealed products must be in the original packaging, sealed, undamaged and unused. Any Individual cards bought must be returned in the exact same condition they were received.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how & where to send your package. You will be responsible for any return costs and making sure the items are returned to us in the same condition they were received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or any items that have signs of tampering such as glue/reseals or any damage to the items will result in the item not being accepted.
